Michael Leins, a finance executive with over two decades of industry experience, has been appointed vice president of finance at SpyCloud, an Austin, Texas-based provider of cybercrime analytics.
Notably, he spent over two years at Dell Technologies (NYSE: DELL), where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and led business case development and valuation for 5 M&A transactions worth $1.75 billion in aggregate value.
Leins most recently served as chief financial officer at ConverseNow.AI, a developer of conversational artificial intelligence software.
Before that, Leins held the CFO role at emergency response software provider RapidDeploy, where he managed global finance operations, international reporting and accounting operations.
His industry career also includes roles such as VP of finance at hyper-converged and video surveillance systems company Pivot3 and senior financial analyst at video conferencing software and hardware provider Lifesize.
