In a June 3 news release, the company said Sofo will bring to the role his experience in program management, information technology strategy and integration to help oversee growth efforts, promote innovation and ensure the delivery of service offerings to federal civilian and health care customers.
Sofo most recently served as SVP of IT at Tyto Athene, where he was responsible for critical IT strategies and other tech initiatives.
He spent eight years at the Senate as assistant director and deputy chief information officer.
Temkin will be responsible for Concept Plus’ strategic initiatives and delivery of services to customers in his new role.
Prior to Concept Plus, Temkin was technical architect and chief engineer for theater systems at Leidos (NYSE: LDOS), where he provided technical direction for MHS Genesis development and deployment efforts.
He has held senior IT leadership roles at several companies, including Pleiotek, Business Information Technology Solutions, SRA International and Qbase.
