Ricardo Gonzalez, formerly vice president of microelectronics at Frontgrade Technologies, has been appointed chief transformation officer at the Colorado-based provider of analog and radiation-hardened technologies for aerospace and defense applications, according to his LinkedIn post.
He will help drive performance excellence, capture strategic growth campaigns and oversee the company’s transformation into a leading provider of advanced electronics for space, defense, and commercial applications.
In his prior role, Gonzalez oversaw product development and production for custom and standard product business areas and led marketing and sales strategies for the microelectronics portfolio.
He was VP of microelectronics at CAES, which rebranded to Frontgrade in January 2023 following Veritas Capital’s acquisition.
Gonzalez spent over two decades at BAE Systems, taking on roles such as senior director of space systems, director of space products and processing and program director of space computers.
