Bcore, a platform company of NewSpring Holdings, has acquired 2 Twelve Solutions in a transaction that expands its digital transformation offerings, user-centric platforms and operational capabilities in support of clients and their national security missions.
Bcore said Wednesday 2 Twelve supports service branches through its digital transformation and rapid prototyping capabilities.
“The acquisition of 2 Twelve is a strategic enhancement to our core capabilities, enabling us to leverage their exceptional technological acumen and rapid prototyping approaches,” said Bcore CEO Chad Kim.
“Further, they have fostered a culture of intellectually curious visionaries whose ethos will enhance our people-first culture, advancing our client’s objectives and strengthening national security through innovation, collaboration, and impactful solutions,” Kim added.
Through the transaction, Bcore will integrate 2 Twelve’s end-to-end engineering labs and technological expertise with its portfolio, allowing it to strengthen its commitment to user-centric innovation.
Bcore initiated expansion efforts following its formation, acquiring analytics platforms provider GeoYeti in September and software and systems engineering company teKnoluxion in October.
