He is a former U.S. Marine Corps reserve officer who joined Redhorse in 2013 as a senior consultant and was appointed technical director in 2020.
Orr, formerly director of operations within the national security practice at Redhorse, will focus on enhancing the business arm’s customer success, operations efficiency and organic project growth strategies.
His nine-year career at Redhorse includes time as program manager of defense and intelligence.
