In his new role, Fields will oversee the implementation of UI&C’s technology and engineering strategy, ensuring that it aligns with emerging market needs and business initiatives.
At Cubic Digital Intelligence, Fields managed profit and loss functions for a business providing C5ISR products and services.
He previously spent more than a decade at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC), where he was a software engineering manager and systems architect and head of the engineering department in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
Fields served in the U.S. Navy as a technical analyst from 2001 to 2005.
