Leo most recently served as a program director at the Reston, Virginia-based defense and technology services contractor.
He is an experienced program manager and systems engineer and integrator focused on maturing technologies and capabilities in various tech areas, such as hypersonics, robotics, propulsion, satellites, unmanned aerial vehicles and missile defense.
Leo, a Project Management Professional, was director of engineering at Centra Technology before joining Leidos. He also served as a principal engineer at Orbital Sciences.
