Former Novetta CEO Tiffanny Gates Appointed Capitol Meridian Operating Partner

Tiffanny Gates, former CEO of Novetta and a three-time Wash100 winner, has been named an operating partner at Washington, D.C.-based investment firm Capitol Meridian Partners.

She will be part of a team of seasoned government and industry executives who support CMP’s strategic direction for its portfolio companies, the company said Thursday.

Gates helped integrate Novetta into Accenture’s (NYSE: ACN) federal services subsidiary, where she also managed its national security portfolio as senior managing director after the two companies closed their deal in August 2021.

Her government contracting market experience also includes prior executive roles at the legacy Raytheon company, Blackbird Technologies, ManTech and Emerging Technologies Group.

A U.S. Naval Academy graduate, Gates served in the U.S. Navy as a cryptologic officer and worked with the National Security Agency and the Naval Security Group.
