Lefler oversees CSA’s workforce, processes and related resources in the United States, Germany, Japan and Italy, the company said Wednesday.
She previously spent five years at General Dynamics’ (NYSE: GD) NASSCO subsidiary in HR management positions and gained similar experience in the banking, finance and retail sectors.
A University of Phoenix graduate, Lefler also served on the board of directors for the Virginia Ship Repair Foundation and the Society of Human Resources Management’s Hampton Roads chapter.
“Her extensive experience in HR and talent acquisition, combined with her strategic vision and leadership, make her the perfect candidate to drive our HR initiatives forward,” CSA Chief Administrative Officer Ellen Barletto said.
