Alicia Calef Joins Parsons as Operations SVP for Engineered Systems

Alicia Calef, a two-decade veteran of Raytheon Technologies (NYSE: RTX), has joined Parsons (NYSE: PSN) to serve as senior vice president of operations for engineered systems.

In a LinkedIn post, Calef said she will work with the business president and sector leaders to advance growth initiatives.

She will lead strategic and tactical operations to meet the objectives of the company’s engineered systems business that designs, develops and delivers platforms aimed at protecting critical infrastructure and people in support of the missions of federal agency clients.

Calef most recently served as executive director of operations at Raytheon, where she managed operations for an organization responsible for delivering air and missile defense systems in support of defense customers worldwide.

Her 20-year career at Raytheon included time as executive director for program portfolio, operations director and chief of staff to business president.
