LMI Names CTOs for Defense, Space & Intelligence Markets

LMI has named Jared Summers, Elias Peroulas and Chris Hagner as chief technology officers of the management consulting firm’s defense, space and intelligence market areas, respectively.

All three CTOs will also hold the title of vice president, while LMI VP and CTO Joseph Norton was promoted to become an SVP, the company said Friday.

Summers most recently served as the first technology chief of the U.S. Army XVIII Airborne Corps and previously held leadership roles at ExxonMobil. His government career also included positions within the Department of Defense focused on acquisition, logistics, policy and strategic functions.

Peroulas is the co-founder of software company Synaptech, which LMI acquired in 2022. He also worked at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) as program manager, chief engineer and satellite communications engineer.

Hagner joins LMI from Accenture’s (NYSE: ACN) federal services arm, where he served as managing director. Prior to that, he was SVP of cyber analytics at Novetta.
