He is now responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of MTSI’s overall corporate business development strategy, the employee-owned engineering and technology services contractor said Thursday.
“Effective planning and execution of business development strategic initiatives is critical to MTSI’s enduring success as a large business prime,” said Kevin Robinson, president and CEO of MTSI.
Welles held various leadership roles during his Booz Allen career, which included oversight of the Justice, Homeland Security and Transportation business and Strategic Innovation Group.
He served as VP of federal business development and government sales at network intelligence platform developer Axellio for one year before he joined MTSI in August 2021.
