Rick Stengard, formerly an executive vice president at Meridian Technologies, has joined management consulting provider Innovate to serve as chief growth officer and provide corporate strategy oversight.
He will be responsible for driving business growth through pursuits of new market opportunities and scaled delivery of information technology and advisory services to government and commercial customers, the 8(a) small business said Tuesday.
Stengard brings to Innovate’s leadership team his years-long experience in business development. He was with Meridian for more than a decade, most recently serving as its business unit leader and EVP for public sector. His career also includes time with Ernst & Young and Integrated Care Management.
“He brings proven processes that will lead to new opportunities for Innovate to serve our clients,” said Lily Thomas, president of Innovate. “We are excited to have Rick onboard and look forward to his contributions to our people-first, intellectually curious and inclusive culture.”
Innovate is an Esri partner that offers a full range of professional services for utilizing Esri GIS software. The geospatial offerings are meant to support state, local and federal governments as well as tribal and nonprofit organizations.
