Maximus (NYSE: MMS) has relocated its corporate office from Reston, Virginia, to a new headquarters on Tysons Boulevard as the government services provider places more emphasis on workforce flexibility.
The company said Tuesday its HQ features independent workspaces, recreational facilities and conference rooms with digital whiteboards and smart touch technology.
“Our new headquarters fulfills the vision of a home base where collaboration and innovation can flourish,” said Bruce Caswell, president and CEO of Maximus and a 2022 Wash100 Award recipient.
Caswell added the new office was designed to meet the needs of its employees in a post-COVID-19 pandemic environment by enabling them to exercise flexibility while maintaining productivity.
The facility has a fitness center, recharge rooms, open-concept floor plans and ergonomic office equipment.
