Woodbine, Maryland-based Savli Group was founded in 1996 and provides ServiceNow software and information technology automation platforms to Intelligence Community, defense and other federal agencies as an Elite Partner, the companies said in a joint release published Friday.
Godspeed Capital will combine Savli with its portfolio companies Exceptional Software Strategies and Varen Technologies to become part of a recently established platform holding company focused on delivering cyber and technology offerings to defense and intelligence agency customers.
“We are proud to join this platform alongside Varen Technologies and ESS, where Godspeed’s strategic playbook and resources will enable us to work alongside other expert providers of government-related technology solutions as we continue to meet the evolving needs of the U.S. Intelligence Community,” said Savli Founder and President Vishal Desai.
Douglas Lake, founder and managing partner of Godspeed Capital, said Savli’s expertise and decades of experience across a range of specialized technology services will enable Godspeed to continue to scale its platform and offer technology and security offerings to the Intelligence Community.
Miles & Stockbridge acted as legal counsel to Savli, which also sought advice from Star Advisory Services in the transaction.
