Conrad Symber, a Sehlke Consulting partner, will take on a new role as senior vice president of growth and strategy for the newly formed company Aeyon, effective Jan. 1.
The appointment comes after the merger between Enlightenment Capital-backed Artlin Consulting and Sehlke to create a new professional services provider known as Aeyon.
In his new capacity, Symber will report to Patrick Collins, chief growth officer of the combined firm, and oversee growth initiatives across the defense, civilian and commercial markets.
He will also manage the delivery of technology and consulting services to customers in the data management and analytics, digital transformation, mission support and financial management areas.
Symber has held various leadership positions in both client delivery and strategic growth during his five-year career at Sehlke.
