The acquisition aligns with SDi’s market expansion, technology expertise development and innovation strategy, and signals its independent operation from Entrust Government Solutions trade name and logo, the company said Thursday.
SDi commenced the acquisition in late 2020 and completed the deal on June 1.
“This acquisition aligns to our goals of expanding our customer base and building organizational expertise,” said Chris Mobley, president at SDi.
Mobley added the deal helps the company pursue continued organic growth, acquire target intellectual properties and implement new operating models to support customers.
As part of the rebranding effort, SDi will operate with a new logo and trademark applications.
