Wiley will align resources and establish the strategic vision, administrative and operational policy for IC integration efforts, SOSi said Wednesday.
He most recently worked at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence as principal executive performing the duties of the principal deputy director for national intelligence. He served as chairman of the National Intelligence Council and held leadership roles at the Defense Intelligence Agency.
Robinson will primarily support SOSi’s intelligence solutions business unit in his role as VP for business development. He is a three-decade IC contracting veteran who held senior intelligence leadership positions at The Buffalo Group, Pluribus International and L-3 Communications, which now operates as L3Harris Technologies (NYSE: LHX).
Kevin Henderson, chief growth officer of SOSi, said the company looks forward to working with Wiley and Robinson in harnessing global capabilities to accelerate market growth and help IC further build up its capabilities and advance its missions.
In 2019, DIA awarded SOSi a prime spot on the potential 10-year, $17.1 billion Solutions for Intelligence Analysis 3 contract to provide analytic services for the agency and related components.
