Katrina Tuisamatatele, who spent 12 years at the Department of Veterans Affairs’ office of information and technology, has joined Halfaker and Associates as deputy executive vice president of health operations.

She will oversee the implementation of all projects across the company’s health division, including programs across the VA, Defense Health Agency and the Department of Health and Human Services, Halfaker said Wednesday.
