Ashford Leebcor Enterprises III will perform minor construction and real property support work at the military installation, the Department of Defense said Friday.

The Army Field Directorate Office received eight bids for the contract and will determine funds and work locations upon issuance of individual orders.

DoD estimates that contract services will be complete by Sept. 10, 2025.
