Margaret Weichert
Margaret Weichert, deputy director for management at the Office of Management and Budget, will step down from her role in March to join Accenture’s (NYSE: ACN) commercial practice, Federal News Network reported Friday.
She led the development and implementation of the President’s Management Agenda as deputy chief for management.
Weichert also helped launch the federal data strategy, unveiled the Government Effectiveness Advanced Research Center and spearheaded efforts to train employees through the Federal Cybersecurity Reskilling Academy.
Prior to OMB, Weichert previously worked at EY. She also served as acting director of the Office of Personnel Management.
