Three Firms Land Spots on $90M Legislative Branch Financial Mgmt System Support IDIQ

The Library of Congress has awarded CGI Federal, Distributed Solutions and The MIL Corp. spots on a potential 10-year, $90M indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide support services for a web-based platform used to manage administrative and financial operations.

A FedBizOpps notice published Wednesday says support for the Legislative Branch Financial Management System will include system hosting, software licensing and maintenance, help desk support, migrations and upgrades, training, application management, documentation support, business process reengineering and program management services.

LBFMS provides selected financial services for the library, the Government Accountability Office, Congressional Budget Office and other legislative branch agencies.

The IDIQ contract has a five-year base term and five option years and task orders may be placed on a time-and-materials, labor-hour or firm-fixed-price basis.
