The General Services Administration has issued a draft request for proposals on a governmentwide contract covering information technology services worth up to $20B for vendors certified under the Small Business Administration 8(a) program.
GSA said Friday the STARS III GWAC vehicle will have a five-year base period plus one three-year option period.
