Mark Patzschke, a 25-year program and project management leader, has been named vice president of corporate growth for Apprio's federal health practice.

He will oversee the company’s federal health contract vehicles, manage operations and advance growth strategies in the public sector in his new role, Apprio said Monday.

“As the federal health space continues to modernize, we’re looking for the best and the brightest to help Apprio stay in front of new technology, policy and business advancements. Mark is the right person to lead this effort,” said Apprio President Darryl Britt.

Patzschke previously served as deputy division manager for the Department of Health and Human Services at ManTech International (Nasdaq: MANT).

Prior to ManTech, he served as an executive vice president at Edaptive Systems and held leadership roles at Apex IT Services and Maricom Systems.
