Harkey will oversee WBB’s contracts, finance, information technology operations and facilities in his new role, the company said Tuesday.
“Rich is a proven leader with in-depth experience in mergers and acquisitions, treasury, regulatory compliance, tax and financial reporting,” WBB CEO Robert Olsen said.
Olsen added that Harkey’s experience in acquisition evaluation and business operations integration would be instrumental in the Reston, Virginia-based program management and consulting services contractor’s growth efforts.
Before his move to Engility, Harkey previously served as VP of finance and chief accounting officer at Sotera Defense Solutions.
He is a certified public accountant who also worked at PwC as a senior manager.
