Jeneanne Rae, founder and former CEO of Motiv Strategies, has joined Deloitte‘s consulting business as federal customer experience leader for the civilian sector.
Deloitte said Monday that Rae will concentrate on the development and implementation of service design-focused CX programs for more than 22 federal civilian agencies.
“Jeneanne’s background in revolutionizing CX and proven track record of innovation makes her an excellent resource for our federal clients who are at different phases in their CX journey,” said Dan Helfrich, a principal and federal services practice leader at Deloitte.
She established Motiv Strategies to provide consulting services, service design and CX support to Fortune 100, nonprofit and government clients.
Rae previously worked at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business as an adjunct professor and at Palo Alto, California-based design company IDEO as a member of the executive team.
She also co-founded consulting firm Peer Insight, where she also served as a key partner in charge of the company’s business development and thought leadership programs.
