Xenith Solutions has purchased TRI-COR Industries, an enterprise business and information technology services provider headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, for an undisclosed sum.
Reston, Virginia-based Xenith said Wednesday it will operate TCI as a wholly owned subsidiary under the transaction, which includes TCI’s customer contracts, industry certifications, team members and other assets.
TCI was founded by President Louis Gonzalez in 1983 and provides enterprise applications development and sustainment, enterprise data services, IT service management, cybersecurity, professional services and infrastructure engineering and sustainment support to federal and local government agencies.
Lee Shabe, a founding partner at Xenith Solutions, said the company looks forward to see the work the combined Xenith-TCI teams will achieve together.
