Xcelerate Solutions and subcontractor Socure have secured a five-year, $163 million call order to provide identity proofing services under the 2024 Login.gov Next Generation Identity Proofing Blanket Purchase Agreement.

What Will the Call Order Support?

Xcelerate said Tuesday the Functional Area Three call order, awarded May 1, is intended to support the modernization of Login.gov. Xcelerate will provide experience in personnel security, vetting, technology integration and consulting while Socure brings digital identity verification capabilities, including biometrics, machine learning and artificial intelligence. The effort centers on a privacy-focused identity verification process driven by real-time risk data.

Celerity Government Solutions, which operates as Xcelerate Solutions, was among the eight vendors the General Services Administration selected in 2024 to compete for work under the potential 10-year, $194.5 million Login.gov Next Generation Identity Proofing BPA.

What Is Login.gov?

Login.gov is a platform that provides the public with a single account for accessing government services. The system, which runs inside Socure’s Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program Moderate-authorized environment, offers identity resolution, fraud detection, attribute validation, behavioral analytics and digital intelligence in real time.

What Did Company Leaders Say About the Partnership?

Jordan Burris, head of public sector at Socure, said the government faces “Fraud 4.0,” with organized networks and nation-state actors deploying techniques that outpace legacy systems, calling an adaptive, data-driven approach the only credible way to stay ahead.

“The good news is we can do that without creating new barriers for the Americans who depend on these services, and that is exactly what we set out to achieve with Xcelerate,” Burris said.

Xcelerate Vice President of Law Enforcement Portfolio Jim Dufford said the work reflects the company’s mission of helping government deliver secure, seamless public experiences, and that partnering with Socure combines proven expertise with advanced technology.
