X Corp Solutions has received a potential five-year, $50 million contract to provide counterintelligence and security support services to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency.
DTRA awarded the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed-price contract through a competitive acquisition with nine proposals received, the Defense Departmentsaid Wednesday.
Work will occur through Feb. 28, 2021, in Virginia, New Mexico, California, Florida and Germany.
DTRA will obligate $100, 000 in fiscal 2016 operations and maintenance funds for the first task order, according to DoD.
DTRA works to help DoD counter high-yield explosives and weapons of mass destruction through nonproliferaton and deterrence of chemical, radiological, biological and nuclear weapons.
