Tim Regan is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President of Whiting-Turner. He took on this role in 2014, becoming the third person to hold the CEO position since the company’s founding in 1909.

Regan started out in the company in 1980 as a project engineer and has worked on utility, industrial, and public works developments. His works were pivotal in expanding Whiting-Turner’s expertise in the life sciences sector and delivering high-quality construction services.

As President and CEO, Regan oversees the company’s projects and ensures that safety and quality standards are instilled in each task.

Anthony Moag

Antony Gerald Moag is Whiting-Turner’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), a position he had taken since 2014. He joined the company in 1982 and has developed professional experience in construction delivery.

Moag also co-established the MEP Group, an in-house body of Whiting-Turner that develops enhanced operating facilities for clients with reduced costs than the company’s usual developments.

As COO, Moag oversees Whiting-Turner’s daily operations, financial management, design implementation, and policies.

Kate Edwards

Kate Edwards has years of professional experience in supervising the quality of Whiting-Turner’s projects and the planning, alignment, and execution processes.

Edwards has been with the Whiting-Turner Contracting Company for 20 years and has developed the competence to usher in transformative results for the company. Before becoming the Vice President of Quality, she served as the company’s Senior-Level Project Manager and the Director of Quality Assurance & National Lean Coordinator.

Brian C. Dewitt

Brian C. Dewitt is one of the Vice Presidents of Whiting-Turner Contracting. He became part of the company’s executive team in 1985 and took on various leadership roles, such as Senior Project Manager for many of Whiting-Turner’s projects.

Dewitt’s extensive knowledge in building and contracting services comes from his educational and previous work background. He graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University and a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from the University of Maryland College Park.

John Keith has been Whiting-Turner Contracting Company’s Vice President since 1993. He entered the company shortly after he graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. Keith also holds a Master of Business Administration from John Hopkins University.
