West Coast, a Coos Bay, Oregon-based joint venture, has secured an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a ceiling value of $95 million to maintain, repair and build facilities at three U.S. Air Force sites in Nevada.
The five-year contract under the Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements program provides for a range of maintenance and minor construction activities at Creech Air Force Base, Nellis AFB and Nevada Test and Training Range, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
Contract work will run through April 14, 2026.
The Air Force is obligating $720,100 from its fiscal 2021 operation and maintenance funds for a proposal for a demonstration project.
The service branch’s 99th Contracting Squadron, operating from Nellis AFB, issued the award.
