Vishal Luthra, a more than 30-year technology industry veteran, has assumed the role of chief growth officer at Herndon, Virginia-based federal information technology services contractor TechSur Solutions.
In this capacity, he will lead the execution of TechSur’s growth strategies and oversee strategic captures, partnerships and business development efforts in support of federal government clients, the company said Monday.
Luthra came to TechSur from IT firm Synergy BIS, where he served as vice president of business development and strategy.
His industry career included leadership positions at Superlative Technologies, Mitre, PwC and IBM (NYSE: IBM).
Rupinder Yadav, president of TechSur Solutions, said Luthra’s appointment marks a milestone in the company’s innovation and growth journey and his strategic vision and expertise will play a role in advancing TechSur’s mission to deliver platforms and services to government agencies.
TechSur Solutions has been providing emerging technologies and digital transformation support services for federal agency clients since 2016. The company’s services span across the areas of mission platform engineering, hyper-automation and multichannel digital engagement.
