Client Solution Architects has received certification under a Virginia Department of Veterans Services program that works to help companies hire and train service members transitioning into civilian careers.
As a certifiedVirginia Values Veterans employer, CSA has the opportunity to connect with former military personnel and their spouses through recruiting events and transition programs, the company said Tuesday.
“CSA was founded by a service-disabled veteran 18 years ago and has since had a long history of supporting and participating in outreach events highlighting veterans,” said Trinity Lefler, director of the company’s human resources.
The Commonwealth of Virginia has recognized over 2,000 private employers and helped nearly 100,000 veterans land jobs through the V3 program since 2012.
DVS’ education, training and employment directorate oversees the statewide initiative.
