DARPA™s Spectrum Collaboration Challenge (SC2) “ the first collaborative machine-intelligence competition aimed at overcoming spectrum scarcity “ held a preliminary event on December 13, 2017, at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory in Laurel, Maryland.
