Vectrus-J&J JV Wins Potential $154M IDIQ for Naval Base Operations Support

A joint venture between Vectrus (NYSE: VEC) and J&J Worldwide Services has won a potential seven-year, $154.1M contract to help manage operations at the Naval Support Activity installation in Annapolis, Md.

Vectrus-J&J Facilities Support will manage facilities, administer general information, oversee wastewater operations, provide transportation and perform other base support services under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the Department of Defense said Thursday.

The IDIQ contains an initial value of $23.3M and six option periods. Naval Facilities Engineering Command received nine proposals via a competition acquisition process on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online portal.

Work could also take place at U.S. Naval Academy and would extend August 2027 if all options are exercised.

The branch will obligate $15.2M for recurring work through an individual task order to be issued during the base performance period.
