Online learning services company Vector Solutions has acquired CrewSense in a move to add shift scheduling and workforce management software offerings for government clients.
Vector said Tuesday its public sector business will offer CrewSense’s scheduling platform under the TargetSolutions brand.
CrewSense designed its software to support deskless workforce in public safety agencies, utilities and manufacturing firms. More than 650 organizations and 100K users across North America use the technology to manage employee schedules, union-based overtime rules, time and attendance records.
Marc Scheipe, executive vice president for Vector’s public sector group, said the company aims to help customer agencies automate, simplify and manage shift work.
