The Department of Veterans Affairs has issued a new solicitation to add vendors to a potential $25 billion contract vehicle for general management and business support services.
The new on-ramp process for the Veteran Enterprise Contracting for Transformation and Operational Readiness program will cover three groups of services: Group 1 for management and improvement, Group 2 for analysis and Group 4 for outreach, according to a notice posted Monday on the beta SAM website.
Group 1 covers program and project management, strategic planning, business process reengineering and improvement, change management and transition and data governance services.
Group 2 covers studies and surveys, statistical and actuarial analysis, financial and business performance auditing and records information management.
Group 4 includes advertising services, public relations, conferences and events, video and film production and graphics design.
VA said no contractors are being on-ramped to Service Group 3 for training, Group 5 for supply chain and Group 6 for human resources and staffing.
The department canceled the first solicitation for the on-ramp process for the VECTOR indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Proposals are due March 1, according to the notice.
