The Virginia-based company said Wednesday the FBI will use V2X’s mission-critical aviation resources to conduct intelligence gathering, investigation operations and law-enforcement activities.
Under the indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract, the FBI’s specialized aviation fleet will receive field-level maintenance, special mission equipment sustainment, training and administrative services to ensure that it remains fully mission-ready.
Work will be conducted at several locations across the United States. The contract has a five-year ordering period and includes four 12-month options.
Vinny Caputo, senior vice president of aerospace systems at V2X, said, “This contract underscores V2X’s expertise in delivering agile aviation solutions in support of national security. We are proud to provide the FBI with the aviation resources needed to execute their mission anytime, anywhere—ensuring operational readiness when it matters most.”
