United Technologies Corp.‘s (NYSE: UTX) Pratt and Whitney business unit has secured a potential $64 million contract modification from the U.S. Air Force for F119 engine sustainment services.
The Defense Departmentsaid Wednesday the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center will obligate $48 million from fiscal 2016 operations and maintenance funds.
Pratt and Whitney will perform work at several locations including the Edwards, Elmendorf, Hickam, Hill, Langley, Nellis, Sheppard, Tinker and Tyndall Air Force bases through December 31, 2016.
