Coast Guard to Recompete $100M IT Services Contract for Aviation Logistics Center

The U.S. Coast Guard is preparing to recompete a major information technology services contract valued at more than $100 million to support its Aviation Logistics Center in Elizabeth City, North Carolina.

The forthcoming solicitation, titled Information Systems Division Professional Services, is expected to be released on March 30, 2026, with an award projected for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026. The contract will be issued as a service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aside under the General Services Administration’s Veterans Technology Services 2 governmentwide acquisition contract.

The Coast Guard anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract to replace the existing agreement currently held by Oasys International.

The Potomac Officers Club’s 2025 Homeland Security Summit will bring together leaders from government and industry to examine evolving national security challenges, emerging technologies and strategies for protecting the homeland. Expanding IT Capabilities for Aviation Logistics

The Aviation Logistics Center provides maintenance, engineering, supply and acquisition support for the Coast Guard’s aviation fleet and other government agencies. Within the center, the Information Systems Division functions as the primary IT department, delivering enterprise-level technology services for the Aviation Logistics Information Management System, the Coast Guard Logistics Information Management System and the Aviation Logistics Center – Logistics Support System. It oversees configuration control, systems engineering lifecycles and data compliance in accordance with international quality, safety and environmental standards.

The new contract will cover a wide range of professional IT services, including application and web development, database design and administration, systems engineering, cybersecurity, project management, quality assurance, configuration management, procurement and help desk operations.

Because the Coast Guard does not have sufficient in-house personnel to meet these technical demands, the ALC plans to rely on contractor support to maintain operational continuity and ensure the timely execution of projects.
