The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is conducting market research to identify potential industry participants for a planned five-year, $249 million contract vehicle to carry out multiple construction projects within USACE’s Sacramento District area of responsibility.
The Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract will support the construction of buildings, roadways and utility systems, demolition and preparation of sites for new construction activities and maintenance and repair efforts, according to a notice posted Thursday on SAM.gov.
MATOC may include design-bid-build or design-build task orders for electrical work, masonry, painting and other specialty trades.
The agency is looking to identify large and small businesses capable of competing for prime and subcontracting opportunities.
