The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Galveston District has named 16 companies to compete for task orders under a $900 million contract covering a broad range of engineering services.
The Potomac Officers Club’s 2026 Army Summit, scheduled for June 18, will convene government and industry leaders to examine how the service is pursuing its 2030 goals in line with the 2025 Army Transformation Initiative, which reshaped resource management, contracting and modernization efforts. What Work Will USACE’s $900M Contract Cover?
The Department of War said Monday the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity vehicle covers services supporting planning, engineering, storm damage beach nourishment, and coastal, shoreline and stream bank erosion protection. The contract also supports navigation, environmental and ecosystem habitat restoration, watershed evaluations, infrastructure development, multi-purpose water resources projects, and flood management, including flood damage assessment and floodplain modeling.
