Umme Hasnain Appointed Chief Administrative Officer, Business Operations SVP at Unissant

Umme Hasnain, a contract management executive with more than a decade of industry experience, has been appointed chief administrative officer and senior vice president of business operations at Unissant.

She will manage the Herndon, Virginia-headquartered data analytics company’s overall procurement and legal functions, including pricing and facilities management and compliance and risk management, Unissant said Thursday.

Hasnain formerly served as VP of contract operations at digital transformation services provider Brillient, where she handled subcontracts and project control operations.

Her industry career also includes time contracts manager at Vectrus, now operating as V2X (NYSE: VVX), and contracts supervisor and principal contracts administrator at ManTech.

Hasnain completed a master’s certificate in GovCon program at George Mason University and is a member of the National Contract Management Association.
