Lockheed Names Trish Pagan Air Mobility, Maritime VP & Marietta Site GM

Lockheed Martin executive Trish Pagan said she is “thrilled to return” to the company’s Marietta site in Georgia as vice president of air mobility and maritime missions and general manager of the site. Pagan, who succeeds Rod McLean, made the statement in an article published in the Marietta Daily Journal on Saturday.

McLean has assumed the role of vice president of sustainment operations at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, Texas. The leadership change comes as the Marietta facility marks 75 years of continuous aerospace manufacturing.

Who Is Trish Pagan?

Pagan most recently served as vice president of F-16 production programs. She has held other leadership positions at Lockheed since joining the company in 2000, including serving as strategic airlift and maritime program director.

In her new role, Pagan is responsible for operations at the Marietta site, which employs approximately 5,600 people and supports air mobility, maritime and fighter aircraft programs. The site is known for producing the C-130 Hercules, the longest continuously operating military aircraft production line, and for manufacturing major structural components for other platforms, including the F-35.

The Marietta site has also supported legacy and advanced aircraft programs, including the C-5 Galaxy, F-22 Raptor and P-3 Orion.

What Are Pagan’s Priorities as Marietta GM?

Pagan said her priorities include sustaining production performance, investing in workforce development through partnerships with universities and technical schools, and strengthening collaboration with suppliers and federal, state and local leaders.
