Work covers door-to-door pickup and delivery; transportation; intransit visibility; payment system participation; and expedited customs processing of hazardous, perishable, narcotics and regular cargo shipments.
DoD noted the base period will run through Jan. 31, 2019, and work could extend through Jan. 31, 2023 if all options are exercised.
