The U.S. Air Force has awarded $197M in additional funds under a multiple-award contract with AllCom Global, Computers Sites and Eaton for the supply of power converting and interfacing equipment.
Contractors will help the service branch install power supply systems at every major command under the modification, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.
USAF awarded the $75M initial contract in September 2016, and the Pentagon noted the potential total value for each contractor will increase from $99.99M to $197.98M.
Work under the modification will occur at various military air bases through Dec. 10, 2021.
