Thomas Bossert, former chief strategy officer of Trinity Cyber, has been promoted as president of the Bowie, Md.-based managed threat prevention service provider.
He took the helm a year after Trinity Cyber emerged from stealth mode to offer technology designed to help organizations defend against cyberattacks, the company said Wednesday.
Bossert is also a national security analyst for ABC News and a fellow at the international affairs think tank Atlantic Council. He previously advised President Donald Trump and former President George W. Bush on homeland security matters.
He also ran a management consultancy that helped commercial clients manage risks and compliance requirements.
