The One 23 Group Closes Integrated Computer Solutions Acquisition

Federal technology and cybersecurity services provider The One 23 Group has completed the acquisition of Integrated Computer Solutions, a company specializing in mission IT, enterprise IT and cybersecurity services.

O23G said Monday the move to acquire ICS bolsters its mission IT and cybersecurity services. It enhances O23G’s presence in the national security sector and its ability to deliver advanced IT capabilities to defense, homeland security and justice agencies.

ICS’ Innovation Hub

Through the deal, O23G brings ICS Labs on board. The specialized innovation hub leverages an advanced artificial intelligence ecosystem to accelerate the development and deployment of secure capabilities. Its expertise in secure cloud modernization, agile innovation management and embedded DevSecOps leadership will also contribute to O23G’s efforts to develop large-scale and secure technologies rapidly.
