Washington D.C.-based private equity firm Willow Creek Partners has created a company that government contracting industry veteran Caesar Nieves will lead to bring consulting, analytics, cyber and digital services to the federal sector.
The One 23 Group will serve as the core of WCP’s government services portfolio and operate with over 200 employees to provide cyber compliance, analytics consulting and digital service offerings for federal market clients, WCP said Monday.
Nieves, a general operating partner at WCP, will be at the helm of One 23 Group as CEO. Before joining the private equity firm, he served as executive vice president and president of divergent solutions at Jacobs (NYSE: J).
