Pasadena, California-based Tetra Tech said Thursday Halvik will become part of the company’s government services group.
The acquisition came days after a Tetra Tech-AECOM joint venture won a position on the Missile Defense Agency’s $400 million indefinite delivery contract for architectural and engineering services.
